Introduction To Quality Management System
Since passing the TUV ISO9001 quality management system certification, through our continuous improvement and optimization, under the ISO9001 framework, we have gradually established an effective quality management system suitable for the company's own actual conditions.。
QMS "Quality Manual", "Procedural Documents" at all levels, "Working Documents" of various departments, "Quality Records" forms of each station, a total of about 3000 documents.
Among them, the "Process Cards" and "Inspection Guidelines" for each process of each product reached approximately 2,600 copies/34,500 pages, and they continued to increase with the development of new products.
The workers in the production workshop carry out the first/last part inspection of each shift, and self-inspect according to the frequency; the quality control department has a dedicated person to inspect each processing station in each shift. All quality inspection records are kept for more than 10 years for easy reference at any time.
All measuring tools and measuring equipment are regularly maintained and calibrated, and have clear qualified labels to ensure that the measurement results are accurate and reliable.
The quality control department performs incoming material inspection, product final inspection, and issues final product inspection reports; CPK analysis of important dimensions of large-volume products;
Perform repeatability and reproducibility analysis of special gauges (MSA/Gauge R&R)
The measuring tools and measuring equipment that the quality control department has no means to calibrate will be calibrated by a third-party testing agency and a "calibration certificate" will be issued.
According to customer requirements, an independent tracking code is engraved at the designated location of the part, and various production information of the part can be traced based on the code.
Engineering Technical Ability
The company's technical department has many senior mechanical engineers and senior technical workers, and is equipped with a well-equipped tooling manufacturing workshop.
External: Help customers at the design and manufacturing level through CAD/CAE technology
